Arrival Time & Check-In

Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes before your appointment. Arriving early allows you to find a good parking spot and to transition from the outside world to the tranquility of the spa. You may also fill out paperwork and change into a robe and slippers provided prior to your treatment. Arriving late cheats you out of valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment may be given to other guest.

We recommend that you allow some time for soaking in the spring water prior to your appointment; by soaking ahead of time, it prepares the body to get the most out of the treatment and enhances your experience at the spa. After your treatment, you are more than welcomed to stay and enjoy the facility as well.

Free Parking

Free on-site parking is provided for BHS customers; you may park at any available spot as long as you are not blocking any other vehicle. Disabled parking is reserved for disable customers only.

Reservations & No-shows

To hold a reservation, you may have to provide a valid credit card number with an expiration date. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate.
Impolite no-shows will be charged the full treatment price.

Cancellation

Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, be sure to give us a notice prior to your treatment. Otherwise you will be charged the treatment price.

FACIAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
– ADVANCE BOOKINGS: We request at least 24 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling your facial appointment, or you will be charged for the full service.
– SAME DAY BOOKINGS: Same day bookings must cancel 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for the full service.
– All appointments scheduled with less than 4 hours advance notice and a no-show occurs, you will be charged for 50% of the amount of the service.

Gratuity

As a Spa Partisan, we know you want to show appreciation for the quality service provided by our staffs. Gratuities at BHS averages between 18% and 22% of the treatment price, but we always respect your generosity decisions. We do not accept gratuity on credit card. There is an ATM machine available on site.

Payment Info & Return Policy

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for credit to the spa.
Remaining value on gift certificates will be remained on file for future use. No refund of left-overs.
No refund on services received or spa access fee. We do not accept SpaFinder gift certificates.

Spa Tips

Arrive early to give yourself ample time to slip into “spa mode”. It’s beneficial to soak before treatment to relax all muscles and prepare the body to receive the most out of the treatment.
Drink a lot of water to maintain hydration and receive the full benefit of your experience. The water will flush out any toxins released by massage, treatment, steam and essential oil treatments.

Amenities

You will have access to our key-less locker, towels, hair bouffant, slippers, shower and hair products, as well as hair dryer and water and tea.
You are more than welcomed to bring own products and items to best fit your need.
You will also have access to cold plunge pool, hot pool, steam sauna, dry sauna, showers, power room, rest area, restrooms; all gender separated.

Silence is Golden, Duct-Tape Will Be Provided

We want to create an atmosphere that allows all our clients to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others and the tranquil silence inside the spa, please refrain from talking. If you must, please keep all conversations to a whisper, as not to disrupt our other clients.
All cell phones must be in silent mode.

Electronic Devices

Absolutely NO cellphone, NO electronic devices with recording capability allowed inside the spa area. We also request that you don’t use a laptop in the spa but you may use it in the lounge area.

Customer Forms

Some of our services require intake forms. To save time and make the most of your visit, we encourage you to arrive early to fill them out; appropriate form(s) need to completed and signed before we can commence your services.

Valuables

BHS cannot be responsible for any valuables brought into the spa, even those left in our lockers. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home.

Medical Conditions & Allergies

Please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Our staff(s)should also be notified if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or any other medical condition. We strive to personalize your treatment to meet any special needs or accommodations you may require.
If you have any questions about a spa treatment and your health, it is crucial to consult a doctor.

Age Requirements

Please be advised that underage visitor(s) must be accompanied by adult supervision at all time. Age restriction is 14 years old for female, and 16 years old for male.
The client and the parent/guardian must also provide written consent before any services commence. These services will be scheduled with the same gender therapist unless requested otherwise by the parent or legal guardian. Swimwear or undergarments must be worn during all massage or facial treatments.
Babies and toddlers are not permitted to accompany an adult during service for safety purposes.

BHS reserves the right to terminate any service at any point.
